Terms of Service

Version 1.1 · Effective 17 August 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern use of the Discord applications operated by the Wave Drop Maps community ("we", "us") — Wave Logistics Bot and Wave Management Bot ("the Bots"). The Bots are private, are not publicly installable, and operate only within Discord servers owned by this community. By using them you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country, and your use of the Bots must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. These terms operate alongside Discord's, not in place of them.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Bots you must not:

4. Community points and rewards

The Bots operate an internal points system used to recognise volunteer contribution within this community. Points and any associated rewards:

Nothing in this system creates an employment relationship, contract for services, or entitlement to payment. Participation is voluntary.

5. Availability

The Bots are provided on an "as is" basis by community volunteers. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or the preservation of any record, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

6. Suspension of access

We may restrict or remove your access to the Bots, and to associated queues and rewards, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. Where access is removed, outstanding rewards may be forfeited.

7. Data

How we handle your data under Wave Logistics Bot is described in its privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Changes

Material changes to these terms will be published on this page under a revised version number and effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
