  • What it does: Counts invites and levels. Members earn XP for chatting and rewards for inviting friends.
  • What it keeps: only what it needs to work, such as your Discord ID, username, level and who invited you. Like most Discord servers, we also keep moderation records to keep the community safe.

1. About this policy

This policy explains how Wave Drop Maps (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use Wave Level & Invite Bot (the “Service”), a private Discord bot for the Wave Drop Maps community. It can’t be added to other servers and only works in servers we manage. The Service is used for:

  • awarding XP and levels for taking part in our servers;
  • tracking invites, including who invited a member and when they joined or left; and
  • giving the roles and rewards members earn, and handling requests to claim them.

2. Information we collect

  • From Discord: your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and your roles in our servers.
  • From using the Service: your XP, level and activity counts; invite information, such as the invite you joined through, who created it and when you joined or left; and the roles and rewards you earn or claim.
  • Moderation records: like most Discord communities, we keep moderation records to keep the community safe.
  • If you contact us: whatever you choose to send, such as your email address and message.

We never ask for payment details.

3. How we use it

Only to run the Service, keep our servers safe and enforce our rules, and answer your questions. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

No one, except: the hosting providers that run the Service for us; Discord, whose own Privacy Policy covers your use of Discord; other members, for things that are public by design, like leaderboards; and authorities, if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep information for as long as it’s needed to run the Service and keep the community safe. It’s stored securely with encryption and enterprise-level security, and only authorised administrators can access it.

6. Your choices and contact

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local privacy law. Email wavedropmaps@gmail.com or contact a server administrator.

The Service is only for people who meet Discord’s minimum age. If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
